Sound Healing with Raven - Winter Warmer Pt 1

Free Spirit invites to you to a Sound Healing with Raven as Part 1 of our 2022 Winter warmer!
Bring your yoga mat, pillows, blanket or what ever makes you warm and comfortable and snuggle down for 50-60 minutes of relaxation**.  Please arrive 20 mins early to be ready for a 4pm start. As tickets are limited for this session, please book your ticket online to avoid disappointment. Each Sound Healing ticket includes free entry to our Dance Jam shortly after.

Sound Healing or Sound Therapy is the use of particular types of sound to bathe the body in vibrational frequencies that are harmonious on physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels. These types of sound have been proven scientifically to reduce the stress on our often over-stimulated nervous systems as the brain moves from operating in beta (busy, everyday life or active state) to theta (relaxed, meditational state or the state reached just before deep sleep.)
Vibration is the language our atoms respond to and the effects of a Sound Session are felt on an atomic level. It’s like immersing yourself in a lovely nurturing, rejuvenating bath, akin to a deep meditation.

With a background in Psychology, Education and Counselling, Raven has been a Shamanic Healer for over 30 years. She has a private practice based in the foothills of Perth as well as a thriving online community where she delivers one on one Distance Healing and Group Shamanic Healing Sessions. ** PLEASE NOTE: 
Sound Healing is contraindicated for anyone who has a pacemaker, who has epilepsy and who is in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is recommended that you do not attend if you have /are in any of the above conditions. Raven recommends a pillow or bolster for under your knees as well as a cushion or pillow for your head.
