Intro to ATS Slow Moves

American Tribal Style® (ATS®) Bellydance moves originated with the gypsy tribes that moved through India, the Middle East, Morocco, Spain and other gypsy cultures. It is an improvised form of dance, with cues that signal to fellow dancers the flow the moves will take. It is creative, fun, enhances the connection to self and other tribe members and embodies the strength of the feminine spirit with its empowering beauty and grace.

In this workshop, you'll be introduced to the ATS posture, some basic slow moves and formations that will have you dancing ATS improvisation during the workshop.
